Over his 40-year career, Bill has supervised billions of dollars in financing for residential, multifamily, and commercial properties. His professional path began in 1986 at Glendale Federal Savings & Loan, where he ranked among the top 1% of loan producers nationwide. After succeeding at Bank of America, he moved into mortgage brokerage in 1992 and co-founded William Gregory Mortgage. As CEO, he grew the company into a major Los Angeles lending force, funding more than $50 billion in prime real estate loans.
